Sunyata Psychology currently has two rooms available for rent in a psychology practice in Keira Street Wollongong. One room is available on an ongoing basis on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The other room is available on Fridays and Saturdays. Rooms would suit a variety of health professionals. For example, psychologists, GPs, dieticians, naturopaths, massage therapists, art therapists etc.
Both rooms are spacious and filled with light. They have high ceilings and are freshly painted and carpeted. They are also very quiet as they are in an old double brick house.
Each room is furnished. The configuration can be changed and finishing touches can be added as you wish. Rooms come with plants, desk, desk chair, therapy chairs, coffee tables, side tables, drawers for storage, heaters for winter and one room has a two seater couch.
There is a waiting room with chairs, music, a fridge, microwave, coffee, tea and water for staff and clients. There is wifi and a shared printer in the waiting room.

Lovely front veranda can also be used as a waiting space.
The building will have air conditioning before next summer. There is a separate staff bathroom, staff kitchen and outdoor eating area at the back of the building.
Rooms are professionally cleaned once per week.
Rooms are $130 per day, $550 for five days (Monday to Friday) or $650 for the full seven days. These prices INCLUDE GST.
A minimum 4 month lease is required, with 2 months notice of vacation.
There is also an opportunity to work for Sunyata Psychology under a contract model for psychologists. The contract would include room, referrals, virtual administration support and coaching from me to learn how to launch into private practice.
